The ARC O&E and Gender teams supported by the WCA team in Côte d’Ivoire and the Gender Consultant conducted a technical mission in Abidjan with the following objectives :

1. To hold the validation workshop of the gender analysis conducted in the country at subnational level and across sectors from the perspectives of DRM and O&E; and to plan the next activities, given the specific political context of the country. ARC has convened key government stakeholders and partners for the presentation and validation of the gender analysis and the resultant Gender Action Plan.
2. To hold a policy dialogue on the margins of ARC board meeting held in Abidjan on 26-27 February 2023.
3. To plan the subsequent activities of the ARC-BMGF project, namely, the training of trainers, the training of health emergency specialists.
